Soothe Psoriasis
with Natural Oils
A complementary skincare approach to help soften plaques, reduce itching, and support your skin barrier between flare cycles, without harsh chemicals.
We Understand Psoriasis
Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition, skincare alone won't 'cure' it. But the right oils and butters can help soothe itching, soften the look of plaques, lift scaling, and protect cracked skin between flares. Our products work alongside any medical treatment your dermatologist has prescribed. They're free from preservatives, fragrances, and harsh chemicals that can sting psoriatic skin and worsen sensitivity.
Your Psoriasis Routine
Recommended Products
Heavy moisture, gentle softening, and barrier support. Use generously and consistently to keep plaques manageable.
No 3 - Calm Butter
£28.00
Rich, unscented body butter that softens thick plaques, locks in moisture, and protects cracked skin. Suited to the most sensitive psoriatic patches
Why it works
Plant butters create a protective seal that prevents trans-epidermal water loss, the underlying driver of plaque scaling and itching. Use generously on knees, elbows, scalp edges, and any flare site.
How to use
Apply liberally 2-3x daily, especially after bathing while skin is damp. Massage into plaques in circular motions.
No 1 - Illuminate Face Oil
£38.00
Lightweight nourishing oil for facial psoriasis or smaller body patches. Calms inflammation and supports skin barrier without irritation.
Why it works
Fatty acids help soothe the look of redness and the feeling of itching. Lightweight enough for the face, where heavier products can feel suffocating.
How to use
Apply 2-3 drops to facial plaques or smaller body areas morning and evening. Press in gently. Can be used under Calm Butter for thicker patches.
No 2 - Glow Face Scrub
£36.00
Gentle exfoliating scrub to lift loosened scales between flares. Never use during an active flare or on broken skin.
Why it works
Once plaques have softened with weeks of Calm Butter, very gentle exfoliation can help lift dead scale and reveal smoother skin underneath.
How to use
Only on healed or significantly softened patches. Use 1x per week max with featherlight pressure.

No, please continue any treatment prescribed by your dermatologist. Our products are designed to work alongside medical treatment, providing barrier support, moisture, and itch relief that prescription steroids and biologics don't address.
Common triggers include stress, infections (especially strep throat), skin injury (Koebner phenomenon), cold/dry weather, alcohol, smoking, and certain medications. Tracking your personal triggers in a diary for 2–3 months is hugely valuable.
Yes, apply to scalp plaques an hour before washing. Massage in gently, cover with a shower cap, then wash out with a gentle, sulphate-free shampoo. Repeat 2–3x per week.
Moderate, sensible sun exposure (10–15 mins to affected areas, 2–3x weekly) can help, UVB is even used in medical phototherapy. Never burn, and always protect the rest of your skin with SPF.
Psoriatic skin loses moisture extremely fast. Reapply 3–4x daily, always immediately after bathing on damp skin. For very dry plaques, try the wet wrap technique: apply Calm Butter, then cover with a damp cloth for 30 minutes.
