Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, used bamboo pads or used Face Roller sets.
If your purchase does not include any of the above, please contact as in the first instance at info@apothecaryandme.co.uk and we will start a return procedure for you.
Exchanges
Please contact us in the first instance to notify us of your exchange. The item will then need to be returned to us and an exchange can be made, if there is any further payment it will be taken at this stage. We can only exchange a product which has been unopened or unused.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is attempted and not successfully received, the courier will usually make two delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us. In cases where an order is returned due to missed delivery attempts or not being collected in time, and a refund is requested, we will refund the cost of the products only. Please note that the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

30-day skincare trial
If your skin doesn't suit our face products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@apothecaryandme.co.uk. Once approved, please return your product to us and on receipt we will refund your purchase. Returns must be paid for and ideally sent via signature to ensure delivery. Where a return on the 30 day guarantee is part of a set where bamboo pads have been purchased and used then the refund doesn't apply to the bamboo pads and a partial refund will be made.
The 30 day skincare trial only applies to our face products: Illuminate Face Oil, Glow Face Scrub and Calm Butter. This does not apply to the mini duo radiance set.
